Realize it isn’t just yours, but if you really pay attention, you will notice that you are being breathed. That the very thing giving you life, is life itself.
Your breath is the bedrock for your existence. It is the thread that ties you to place and engages you in a lifelong intimate exchange with the planet. Earth is your original Mother in that exchange. The one who first gave life, and the one who keeps on giving it. The potential for healing in this relationship is endless…but the key is consciously open the conversation.
By bringing awareness to this exchange in this class, you will have the opportunity to work with the infinite wisdom of the planet to transform, heal, and engage with the TRUE meaning in your life. Each breath is an invitation, this Breathwork Healing Workshop is showing up to the party. Showing up for deeper intimacy, trust, and support from and to the Earth.
