Level One Breathwork Healer Training

An immersive weekend training in the Breathwork healing lineage of intuitive healer David Elliott.
Learn the core principles of Breathwork and the healing work in the first of four levels needed to become a certified facilitator in David Elliott’s method of healing.
After this class, you will walk away ready to facilitate the 2-part Pranayama Breathwork technique with individuals and couples, with a stronger connection to your intuition, a greater confidence in your talents as a healer, and a deep understanding of how the heart heals through self-love.
The weekend includes:
Extensive discussion on how and why the breath works to heal, as well as what a healer is
Partnered exercises and breakout sessions to practice working with clients and facilitate your own healing
Hands-on experience with holding effective space and using all of David’s tools.
Exercises designed to strengthen your intuition and bring out your unique talents as a healer
Demonstration of advanced techniques to target negative thought forms in the body and assist in their release.
**Homework: Please read David Elliott’s book Healing to prepare for the training. Also, practice David’s Breathwork meditations found on Spotifyor his website, especially his Entity Energy Release Meditation.
This is the first of five levels to become a certified facilitator in this Breathwork healing technique. It is essential to complete all four levels to be able to offer this work in a responsible capacity and with the depth of integrity required. Please plan to commit to and attend the entire five levels required for certification.

Logistics
**This training is held at The Starhouse in Boulder, CO. You will be responsible for your own lunch and snacks throughout the weekend so plan accordingly. (We suggest bringing what you need to the venue as most restaurants/stores are a bit of a drive)
**You will receive an email the week of the training confirming training schedule and other logistics. So keep an eye out for that.

Trainings Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than one week notice or leaving the training while in progress will not receive any credit or refund. Purchase of your ticket indicates acceptance of this policy.
