The wait is over and it is finally time to gather in community to honor the birth of Breath To Soul. This free Breathwork Healing Group will be a space where Mackensey will share the vision of Breath To Soul with the community through and embodied practice of Breath, Heart and Soul.

Through the breath you will be guided towards a vision of belonging and Soulful Leadership in your own life. Leaving you with a felt sense of something greater stirring awake within you. Get ready for a fun time!
